Colocation (colo) means you own your physical servers and hardware, but house them in our data centre. You benefit from our power, cooling, connectivity, and security while retaining full control of your equipment and OS.
Yes. Authorised personnel can access the data centre in person 24/7/365 after pre-registration and biometric verification. Escort policies apply for new visitors. Remote hands are also available if you can't visit.
We offer 1G, 10G, and 100G port speeds with commit-based or 95th percentile billing. Our network is BGP multi-homed with Tier-1 transit providers, ensuring low latency and high availability globally.
You can ship hardware directly to our delivery address (we accept and log receipt), or deliver in person. We offer a Smart Hands service to unbox, rack, cable, and power your equipment for an additional fee.
All racks include dual-feed power (A+B circuits) from independent UPS and generator-backed PDUs. Standard 230V single-phase up to 32A per feed. Three-phase and high-density power (up to 20kW per rack) available on request.
Yes. Single-mode fibre and Cat6a copper cross-connects are available to any other tenant, carrier, or cloud on-ramp in our facility. AWS Direct Connect and Azure ExpressRoute are available as meet-me-room services.
Remote Hands are our on-site technicians who can perform physical tasks on your behalf — reboots, drive swaps, cable checks, visual inspections, console cable connections — without you needing to travel to the DC.
1U slots have a 3-month minimum. Half rack and full rack plans have a 12-month minimum. Private cage deployments are negotiated on a custom basis (typically 24–36 months). Discounts available on longer commitments.
